Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation rules (see above).

• Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Bank fees, transaction charges, and any non-recoverable expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

• In the event of trip cancellation by us (due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), you may choose between a full refund or rebooking on an alternative date/package.
